With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, I specialize in simplifying financial matters through listening, educating, and planning. My primary goal is to help clients unlock their home equity for real life financial aspirations they might have.

Throughout my career, I’ve assisted thousands of clients in achieving their financial goals. My expertise spans across various lending products and thoughts, including purchase, retirement mortgages (reverse), home remodeling, debt management, or cash-reserve purposes.

One of my key professional milestones is co-authoring the book “Borrow Smart, Repay Smart” which underscores my commitment to financial literacy. Additionally, 90% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a testament to my client-centric focus and the trust I’ve built over the years.

What sets me apart from other mortgage bankers is my tried and proven discovery process. This approach allows me to thoroughly understand a client’s financial circumstances— past, present, and future—enabling me to guide them towards the best lending product for their needs, whether it’s for a new purchase, an ADU, investment property, a second home, or retirement planning.

I strongly believe that financial literacy paves the way to financial success. Thus, I ensure that all options—from the standard to the unique—are clearly explained so that clients can make informed decisions that make both dollars and sense.
